I was born and raised in Michigan and began working for NewSound in August of 2011. Working for NewSound has been a great experience. Helping people hear is so eye opening as each day brings new experiences and challenges. What better job can you ask for when all that is required of you is to open your heart and do the best that you can for each patient. Giving back to the community is a fulfilling accomplishment. I have a passion for basketball and football at both the college and professional levels. I am a University of Michigan Sports Fanatic – GO Blue!!!

I recently joined the New Sound Hearing team in 2022. Every industry I’ve worked in previously has been helping people. I love helping others and making their day. Which is where my interest for the hearing aid industry came to place. I knew this was going to be the best place for me.
I am the Patient Service Coordinator/Audio Tech of Del Rio and Eagle Pass locations. In the short time I’ve been with New Sound Hearing I’ve learned so much about the importance of hearing as well as you should be! It’s a whole new world for me that I’m excited to experience.
Juanita Diaz

Juanita Diaz is an Audiology Technician. Juanita is new to the profession but was won over from day one when she experienced her first patient walking out to the lobby with better hearing and his expression of hearing the fan and other minor sounds.
She has been in the field of customer service in Finance for over 20 years and has two sons who are her pride and joy. Guillermo Sanchez who lives in Harlingen and works for FEDEX and Eduardo Sanchez who lives in Del Rio and works at Laughlin Air Force Base.
What she loves most about saving hearing lives is to give people the connection with their friends and loved ones and to see their smile once again. She is looking forward to meeting with you for all your better hearing needs.
