Rolando Cepeda, HIS, has been a part of the All American Network since May 24, 2015. Rolando has always shared a passion for helping people and has been doing so in the New Sound Hearing Centers in Del Rio and Eagle Pass, Tx. Rolando is certified in Texas by the State Committee of Examiners in the Fitting and Dispensing of Hearing Instruments. Rolando loves to help his patients understand their hearing loss and assists them with any questions they, or their family, might have. He is very knowledgeable in the latest technology and continues to learn what is out there so he can keep his patients educated with any changes in the world of better hearing. Rolando treats each of his patients as family from the moment they walk in the door to the time they walk out.
In his free time, Rolando enjoys time with his kids and exercising. He coaches his children’s soccer team and is much involved with their school activities.

I recently joined the New Sound Hearing team in 2022. Every industry I’ve worked in previously has been helping people. I love helping others and making their day. Which is where my interest for the hearing aid industry came to place. I knew this was going to be the best place for me.

I am the Patient Service Coordinator/Audio Tech of Del Rio and Eagle Pass locations. In the short time I’ve been with New Sound Hearing I’ve learned so much about the importance of hearing as well as you should be! It’s a whole new world for me that I’m excited to experience.

Juanita Diaz is an Audiology Technician. Juanita is new to the profession but was won over from day one when she experienced her first patient walking out to the lobby with better hearing and his expression of hearing the fan and other minor sounds.

She has been in the field of customer service in Finance for over 20 years and has two sons who are her pride and joy. Guillermo Sanchez who lives in Harlingen and works for FEDEX and Eduardo Sanchez who lives in Del Rio and works at Laughlin Air Force Base.

What she loves most about saving hearing lives is to give people the connection with their friends and loved ones and to see their smile once again. She is looking forward to meeting with you for all your better hearing needs.

Ana joined the New Sound Hearing team in 2021, she has been in the medical field since 2010.
She is currently the Audio Tech/PSC for the Del Rio/Eagle Pass locations. She enjoys educating patients and helping them understand the importance of better hearing! She is fluent in English and Spanish.

In her free time Ana enjoys sewing, reading and spending time with her family.
